Terms of Service

Last updated: 1st March 2026

1. About Feasibly

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Feasibly platform ("Platform"), operated by Feasibly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14530229 and registered address at Portland House, Belmont Business Park, Durham, England, DH1 1TW ("Feasibly", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Description

Feasibly provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to assist renewable energy developers in assessing project feasibility through natural language interaction with geospatial datasets, infrastructure information, and other publicly available data sources.

The Platform is provided via a web-based application and accessed using authorised credentials.

3. Access and Accounts

To use the Platform, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information when creating an account;
  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
  • notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

  • share account access with unauthorised third parties;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform;
  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Feasibly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is detected.

Usage limits and fair use

Access to the Platform is subject to usage limits, which vary by plan. Plans described as “unlimited” are unlimited for ordinary, individual use; they remain subject to fair use. We may restrict, throttle or pause access where usage is materially beyond what an individual user could reasonably generate — for example automated, scripted or shared-account use.

  • usage limits are set and may be adjusted at our discretion to protect the reliability and cost of the service;
  • if we materially reduce the usage available on your paid plan, we will notify you, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the remainder of your billing period;
  • accounts are personal: sharing login credentials to pool usage across multiple people is a breach of these Terms.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Platform require payment of subscription fees.

Where fees apply:

  • charges will be billed according to the pricing plan selected;
  • payments may be processed through third-party payment providers;
  • failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, models, datasets, interfaces, documentation, and associated materials, remain the exclusive property of Feasibly or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, Feasibly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform;
  • create derivative works from the Platform;
  • use the Platform to build competing services.

6. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations relating to the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant Feasibly a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use such Feedback to improve or develop the Platform.

7. Third-Party Data

The Platform may incorporate datasets obtained from third-party sources, including public infrastructure data, grid information, geospatial datasets, and other external information sources.

Feasibly does not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of third-party data and shall not be responsible for errors or omissions contained within such datasets.

8. User Responsibility for Inputs and Outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, queries, or other inputs you submit to the Platform.

You are also responsible for evaluating the suitability, accuracy, and relevance of any outputs generated by the Platform in response to those inputs.

Feasibly does not assume responsibility for decisions made by users based on Platform outputs.

9. Data and Privacy

Feasibly processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Further information about how personal data is processed is available in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While Feasibly aims to maintain reliable access, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Feasibly may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feasibly's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the customer to Feasibly during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Feasibly shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including without limitation:

  • loss of profits
  • loss of business opportunity
  • project development losses
  • planning application costs
  • grid connection costs
  • financing or investment losses

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

Feasibly may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

  • you breach these Terms; or
  • you misuse the Platform.

Termination of access does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

13. Changes to the Terms

Feasibly may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
